Multnomah County falls into the state’s moderate risk category

Starting Friday, Multnomah County will fall into an even more lax risk category for the state. This means that restaurants can serve up to 50% of their capacity or 100 people inside (whichever is smaller), 150 people outside and tables can seat up to eight people instead of six outside. Paddy’s Bar & Grill reopens before St. Patrick’s Day
