Hi, if you want to increase ABI, there's either the devolving gatomon to a prior evolution and then going back to digivolving it to gatomon or feeding a type of meat in the farm, which increases the ABI. I don't remember if it's sold or not near mirei, in the digilab.
For turiemon, you can train your digimon, by leaving him in the farm and put the command train in the farm. If he has a brainy personality, his intelligence should increase.

ABI is very hard to accumulate. As previous poster said, you must digivolve your digimon back and forth, and that raisees ABI. There are some meats, but they're rare. And at Mirei for most of the game you can only purchase meat that raises CAM.
To change personality, you must have a patch. It is sold at the very first page (where you start the game) in the shop, but from what I remeber Brainy is sold starting chapter 11.

I was hoping the brainy patch was available soonish. Gotta wait for some evos then.

In theory you might want to choose a different in-training Digimon (that is Brainy) and Digivolve it back and forth to the desired Digimon. This way they also will gain some ABI. But that requires time and patience.
This is my notes when I tried my Digimon to gain specific skill:

i just feed gatomon a miracle meat & that increased her abi up to 16 which is past what i needed... yay! ^^ i'm gonna keep her as she is for now, though :3
when i tried to feed turuiemon a carrot that increases int, it said 'you cannot increase her skl further ' ... what's that about? is it because i put the study rooms out?

nice!
Nemomon, the digivolutions i am aiming are mega level, so they need different personalities to fulfill their requirements.
Right now, i mostly focus on the story.

You rarely need to change personalities. I would suggest you getting 3 Platinum Numemons with 9 Tactictian USBs (lots of grinding, but worth), and then level up Digimons to levels like ~70 to see what more stats they need. And then change personality.
Remember that you don;t always have to change personality (though later on it might be a nightmare if you will want to have a perfectish perfect ABI 200% Digimon). At the farm Digimon gain stats according to their own personality as well as according to the Leader's personality. So as long as your leader is Brainy, your searchers and other Digimons will also gain some INT.

I have no idea. Besides the cheaper one that randomly increases CAM, I have never used any other food at the farm.

My CS team. Not the best one, but allowed me winning the game:

Thanks for the tips.
I have the platnumes and 2 tact usb. Developing and getting those is a very random. Even if i save a min before the item is produced and reload the game a couple times.

If you are talking about the last eater (final chapter), you should digivolve some digimons to mega level.
The NX digimons are good early game, but fall behind the other level megas (in stats, skills, and digimon skill).

There's a limit to how much you can increase a Digimon's stats trought training. It's 50 + ABI/2, if I'm not mistaken. So all the stats that apear as (+ ) can't exceed this value. You'll need to use Restraint Chips to reduce stats already trained so you can raise others.
EDIT: corrected the training cap formula.
