Fred and his fiancee live together in Peckham. They live with Fred's two children from a previous relationship with Alessandra Spendolini. Fred's daughter is Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix who is a professional diver for Team GB. In her first ever Commonwealth Games in August 2023, she received a gold medal after a high score of 357.50.

In a post explaining facts about herself, Fruitcake addressed her unusual nickname. She wrote: "Bonus: Fruitcake is not my real name.......my mum would never!"
She also hinted that it could be a sweet nickname based on her and Fred's shared love of food. She added in the post: "My love of food is undeniable.......hence why I have a one pack!" In her spare time, Fruitcake also enjoys running 5ks.

Where is Fruitcake from?
Fruitcake has revealed that she was born and raised in South London. She said that she was a girly child, writing: "My mum tells me as a child, I refused to wear trousers and I only wore items if there was a shade of pink visible......what can I say some things never change." Fruitcake is a middle child and has an older and younger brother.
Fred and Fruitcake's marriage plans
Fred spoke about his engagement to Fruitcake on Good Morning Britain. He said: "It was perfect because she said yes. That's the main thing. The only thing though is I did not get a ring. But I've now managed to do it because we are out of lockdown, so the ring is there, and she is very happy. So all is well!"
Speaking to The Sun about his other half, Fred added: "She's a fun girl and she makes me laugh. We just enjoy each other's company, we enjoy walking and all sorts of stuff, like everybody else, it's easy - very simple and very straightforward."
During the same appearance on Good Morning Britain, Fred revealed that they were waiting for travel restrictions to ease so that they could celebrate with family and friends on their special day, which they are planning on taking place in Jamaica.
He said at the time: "Well we are waiting to see when we can travel as it's important to have friends and family there. We have to be patient and see what is going to happen – it is out of our control."
