CEBU, Philippines -- QQ English, a major Tokyo-based English-language school with a key outlet in the central Philippine city of Cebu, is building a new business model based on its experience amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new model seeks to expand combined online and offline lessons, including the option of face-to-face education even for those taking a lesson only for a day.
