(1) The reduced rates apply upon presentation of proof of age. The disabled rate applies to visitors with a disability card in their own name and to one accompanying person (1 person maximum).
(2) Children under 4 must be in possession of a ticket for free. Their companions pay the adult individual fare.
PLEASE NOTE: the top of the tower and the stairways are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The Eiffel Tower will be closed on July 14 and 26. The monument will be open during the Olympic Games, except on July 26.Click on a date to view details of the opening hours on the selected day.

Safety instructions
The Eiffel Tower’s status as a historic monument, its layout, and the high visitor numbers mean that special public safety measures must be taken. All public spaces may be closed if required, and bag and parcel checks put in place. Large items of luggage and pets (except guide dogs for the blind) are not allowed within the Tower. There is no left luggage facility.
