Two policemen and a motorcyclist are hospitalized with serious injuries after two separate crashes on a stretch of Dorset road.
Police were injured when a red Volkswagen Polo crashed into a stationary police car on Portland Beach Road, Dorset Police said.

Traffic Unit Police Sergeant Joe Pardey said: “I appeal to witnesses of either collision who have not yet spoken to the police to come forward. .
“I would also like to hear from anyone who witnessed the driving of one of the vehicles involved before the two collisions.
“I want to thank members of the public for their patience with the road closures that have been put in place to allow emergency services to do their jobs.”
