His speech patterns are similar to typical obfuscated spam email text, with many words replaced with non sequitur variants in square brackets that could imply incorrectly-applied mail merge variables or hyperlinks, or various voice glitches.

Spamton, also known simply as Spamton, is a major antagonist in Chapter 2 of the indie game Deltarune. He is also the titular main protagonist of the Spamton Sweepstakes! charity event, as well as the Spamton Love Network ARG.

Before the events of Deltarune, Jevil was the court jester of Card Castle and was friends with Seam, the court magician. They performed acts together for the kings until one day, Jevil came across a strange someone; ever since Jevil met this person, he had descended into insanity.

According to an in-character Q&A during the Spamton Sweepstakes, he is pansexual. In one of his answers, he says that he would date anyone, regardless of gender, as long as they have money.

Ralsei deeply cares about Kris. He wants to befriend Kris in order to create the trio of heroes mentioned in the prophecy, which he wishes to fulfill. Ralsei is very respectful and friendly to Kris, even to the point of offering to fan Kris with a leaf like a servant or pretending that he is okay with being hit.

Basically: Spamton got sales advice and when that advice was ripped away he couldn't actually keep his life afloat on his own, and that's why he went mad. Nothing about being in a game, that's Jevil's, and for Jevil it's ambiguous as to what it actually means anyway (could be multiple things at once, who knows-).

After transforming into Spamton NEO, Spamton realizes that he is still controlled by strings. He attempts to kill Kris and absorb their SOUL, believing that doing so would finally free him.

Ralsei hates violance, and is a pacifist, not wishing to fight or harm anyone. He also has faith in the goodness of others, trusting them to be a good person. He also tends to blame himself for things, doubting himself when Kris throws away his manual, saying that he'll maker a better one next time.

History. The Spamton AI was originally programmed by Gaster as a self-aware email client to antagonize humans on the surface as a petty prank for banishing monsters Underground.

Jevil says "CHAOS, CHAOS!", "I CAN DO ANYTHING!", and "METAMORPHOSIS!" for normal attacks, and "BYE BYE!" and "THE TRUE AND NEO CHAOS!" before his "final chaos." The voice acting, barring the "BYE BYE!" voice line (which is identical in both localizations), is localized in the Japanese version as "カオスだよ、カオスだね！

charity event, which revealed some heavy lore about Spamton, it's been speculated that the someone who made him hit it big and/or drove him insane was an individual called Mike who, according to Spamton himself, is apparently a criminal and past friend who shouldn't be trusted.

He's a homeless, unhinged salesman from the Cyber World who crosses paths with Kris and tries to take their SOUL under the promise of turning them into a big shot. That said, he has deep secrets and hidden knowledge, and is in fact the bonus boss of the chapter. He's presumably the archenemy of Tenna.

Spamton's existence is first mentioned within the True Lab in part 59. Undyne describes his origins as a strangely self-aware email malware that infected the security terminal and was programmed by Spout the Spider.

Swatchton is the slash ship between Spamton and Swatch from the Deltarune fandom.

He actually swears a fair amount but it's usually censored.
