Eleven has created a smart loyalty onboarding flow that is integrated into the overall customer Wi-Fi experience. The basic flow occurs after a guest initiates Wi-Fi authentication. In real-time, ElevenOS verifies guest loyalty status via two-way integration with the hotel’s CRM or loyalty system and, in depending on their status, directs them to a particular path. Loyal members have the option to connect for free or pay for more speed, while non-loyal members have the option of signing up in exchange for free Wi-Fi. Loyal members may also receive contextual offers, such as signing up for a brand’s credit card. Eleven’s smart software can tell whether they already have it or not, ensuring a great customer experience that adds real value.
